Variational quantum algorithms (VQAs) have been considered to be useful applications of noisy intermediate-scale (NISQ) devices. Typically, in the VQAs, a parametrized ansatz circuit is used generate trial wave function, and parameters are optimized minimize cost function. On other hand, blind computing (BQC) has studied order provide algorithm with security by using cloud networks.
